Installation of the all-new Open Dining equipment in The Mayflower Community (Grinnell IA) Health Center kitchen began this week. Pictured below are the new prep counters, the open griddle and hood, the Combi ovens and hood, the freezer, and the dish washing cubicle. Plans are to complete and test the installation within the next two weeks. So, get ready Open Dining!
