The Mayflower Community celebrated 2022 Halloween. It kicked off with a pumpkin “face-off” contest with each department “decorating” a pumpkin for display and judging. Recently, the Bell Choir from the Jasper County Historical Museum entertained Health Center and Beebe Assisted Living residents. The group of retired teachers volunteer using the museum’s bell collection as they enjoy making music together. The music was heavenly! On Friday, September 30th, approximately 160 independent living residents of The Mayflower Community received flu and COVID-19 vaccinations. Residents had their choice of receiving one of the vaccines or both, in the latter case, one in each arm.
