Mayflower Traditional Apartment Living
- Location, location, location. Positioned on the south edge of downtown Grinnell, it is a short walk to merchants and vendors plus grocery store, library, and the Grinnell College campus.
- High-speed internet and high-definition cable TV are included in the monthly Service Fee.
- All utilities except telephone are included in the Service Fee.
- Mayflower provides a functioning kitchen in each apartment with stove and refrigerator and, usually, dishwasher and garbage disposal, all maintained by Mayflower trained staff.
- Some apartments have washer/dryers. For those that do not, a bright, well-maintained laundry room is available at no cost.
- Residents have access to all Mayflower spaces, amenities, and events.
- The Mayflower campus can be traversed via below-ground walkways.
- Well-Being workout spaces and classes are available at no charge.
- A variety of healthcare and holistic healthcare professionals see residents on campus.
- There is a physical, occupational, and speech clinic on campus.
- Mayflower offers Medicare-qualified rehab care on campus.
- Residents have priority access at a reduced fee to assisted living and long-term nursing care.
- Apartments are sound-controlled and safe with brick, block, and concrete construction, smoke detectors, and evening lock-up and morning un-lock.
