On Thursday morning, June 17th, the Mayflower Community Men’s Coffee Group cooled off with homemade ice cream. Active before the start of the pandemic, the group began meeting again a few months ago as they maintained social distance.
They are now back in their regular meeting area—the Buckley building third-floor lounge—and reconnecting over coffee and Mayflower pastries. This morning, resident Bob Anderson brought his own homemade ice cream to celebrate being together.
Discussion is rich among this group with topics varying from current events to historic remembrances. They are welcoming Mayflower men to join in, every Thursday at 8:30am in the third-floor lounge.
