On Tuesday, October 30th, residents of the Mayflower Community led by the Mayflower Residents Association Spiritual Life Committee, honored the memory of residents who died during the past year with a Service of Remembrance. The names of the 20 residents were read, their photo and dates of birth and death were displayed, a family member or friend was invited to come receive a flower to be inserted in a community vase, and the bell was rung.
All members of the Spiritual Life Committee had a part in the service. Rev. Bonnie Lipton delivered the devotion.
