Recently, The Mayflower Community Residents in the Health Center and Beebe Assisted Living had fun decorating deserts. Led by Foodservice Supervisor Jacob Staroska, and organized by the Community Life depart., residents worked with hazelnut mousse in a chocolate shell. They decorated with peanuts, maraschino cherries, whip cream, pastry cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce and cranberry sauce. The most fun? Eating the creations!
