On Christmas Day, December 25, 2021, Grinnell’s Mayflower Community hosted a traditional dinner at noon. Mayflower Celebrates Christmas with Dress-Up Days

During the week of Christmas, Mayflower staff members dressed for the celebration. On Sunday “Pajama Day,” nurse Donna Puls was an elf in “too warm” flannel pajamas. In preparation for Christmas, residents of The Mayflower Community’s Health Center and Beebe Assisted Living have made traditional gingerbread houses.
