As
an affordable continuing care retirement community that strives
to meet the needs of all residents and as a ministry that seeks
to give peace of mind to those who are in need of financial assistance,
the Mayflower is dependent upon the gifts of donors. Without this
charitable support, our mission could not be achieved.
Earnings
from the Human Needs Endowment Fund are used to help those residents
who are in need of financial assistance and are unable to pay
the full cost of their care. This fund currently stands atjust
under $2,000,000. It is the Board's goal to grow this fund by
10% per cent per year to meet residents' needs
Earnings
from the Montgomery Church Leaders Fund enables us to fund our
reduced admission policy for eligible clergy and their spouses,
missionaries, and other full-time church workers. This endowment
fund balance is less than $100,000 and needs to be at $400,000
to generate the level of income necessary to meet annual needs.
These
endowment funds are not yet large enough to generate the level
of income that is needed to provide this assistance. If you are
