Entrance Fee Options

Mayflower offers three plans designed to suit each person's individual
needs.

Traditional Plan

A low one time non-refundable fee is paid. There is no return of fee

Refundable Plan

A prorated portion of the entrance fee is returnable to the resident or estate should the Residency Agreement be terminated within 96 months of occupancy.

Equity Plus Plan

This plan provides for estate protection. Should the Residency Agreement be terminated for any reason, up to 85% of the entrance fee is returnable to the individual or estate when the apartment is resold. The refundable amount is based upon the resale price of the apartment.

Services and Maintenance Fees

Through payment of the monthly fee, the following services are
provided.

Paid Utilities

Electricity, heating, cooling, water, cable TV, wireless Internet and waste removal.

Maintenance

Maintenance of furnished appliances, grounds and
landscaping, and housekeeping of all common spaces.

Health and Support Services

On- campus 60-bed Health Center
18 licensed residential care units
10 Assisted Living Suites
16 memory support units

Additional home support services are available by scheduled contracts.

Transportation and Activities

Planned activities and scheduled transportation for area shopping.
